Advanced Home Inspections

State License - The State of Nebraska does not have an agency that licenses or governs home inspectors.

Alex is your ASHI associate home inspector for Grand Island, Columbus, Hastings, and York and has successfully completed over 1000 fee paid home inspections as owner of Advanced Home Inspections with several years of experience prior to ownership of Advanced Home Inspection under tutelage of an experienced home inspector in Lincoln Nebraska.

As member in good standing with The American Society of Home Inspectors, Alex has successfully completed The Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics education modules as required by ASHI. 

Being a member of ASHI, I have to complete at least 20 hours of CE per year.

I am certified by the State of Nebraska to inspect for termites .

Licensed through the State of Nebraska for radon testing.
